How is the motivation score calculated?
Our scoring model evaluates public records, lien filings, owner transaction history, equity position, and distress indicators (lis pendens, foreclosure notices, missed payments). Leads scoring below 70 are filtered out — you're only notified on genuinely motivated sellers.
What's the assignment fee process?
When you find a deal worth pursuing, you contact the operator directly through the platform. Assignments typically close in 7–14 days. The assignment fee is negotiated between you and the operator — DealVest doesn't take a cut of that transaction.
Can I cancel anytime?
